INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Length: 50 Minutes
Fee: $110 +HST (13%)

Finding a space that is non-judgmental and safe to explore ourselves is difficult. In my therapy sessions, I ensure that one feels safe to explore their hardships.


I provide individual counselling for ages 12 and up.  My approach is client-centered with strategies based on your needs and goals in therapy.  

I work with varying mental health and interpersonal hardships including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, gender and sexuality, neuro-divergent concerns including ADHD and sensory disorders, family issues and many more.

WALK AND TALK - INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Length: 60 Minutes
Fee: $100 +HST  (13%)

Walk and Talk Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that incorporates walking outdoors while talking about issues and problem-solving with your therapist.

​

Exercise such as walking is associated with neurobiological and cardiovascular benefits that may reduce states of stress in the nervous system, making it easier to address difficult topics that can be challenging to discuss. Walking may also facilitate creativity & flexibility of thought, which can aid in the therapy process.

 

*Weather-depending*  We will walk the quiet residential streets of Forest, walk the Nature Trail, and explore other walking areas in Forest Ontario.

RELATIONSHIP THERAPY

Length: 60 minutes
Fee: $150  +HST  (13%)

Family max 2 people, monogamous and non-monogamous relationships max 2 people​

Relationships are a part of our every day life-   family, work, community, even relationships with our self.  In my sessions, I work with relationships of many forms; Family, to intimate relationships with a partner. I am certified in Level 2 Gottman Couple's Methods, and I ensure that all parties feel safe and comfortable in my space.  I work within a model that focuses on managing our emotions, and supporting healthy communication and conflict resolution.  From having struggles with our relationship around life transitions, parenting, to trauma, additions, and affairs; my sessions are a safe place where all parties are respected, listened to, and provided with appropriate strategies to ensure positive change.

I have skills and experience working with non-monogamous relationships in the community, and LGBTQ populations.
